are times when it fails the people who believe in it. This is when corrupt officials abuse their
position in government and implement policies that limit democracy and the
rights of the people. When services intended for the people are not available
that is another example. The worst
instance is when there is no justice in the system as the guilty goes free and
the innocent gets blamed.
