Further Explanation

The u.s. emerged from the war as a world military and industrial leader. Unlike the war-torn cities of Europe, the homes and industries of the state were relatively unscathed by the nice War. The late entry of the US meant that fewer men had lost their lives than in Europe.

The U.S. had been a decisive force within the English and French winning the war and had revealed its vast industrial might. it absolutely was well-positioned to return out of the shadows and take over the baton of premier state from Great Britain. It showed the planet that when in time America can slave and mass produces everything it needed, fast. Ammunition, Tanks, planes, Artillery, all of those were being produced by an unprecedented level and it showed the planet that America can beat anyone.

World War 1 saw the u.s. rise as a world treaty. They did this in many ways. One major way was by joining the allies and playing a serious role within the making of the pacification and creating the League of states. During WW1 the U.S also showed their industrial and physical capabilities, this proved they were capable and it made their enemies fear them.

American Theoolgist Walter Rauschenbusch was one of the main representatives of this movement.

On the other hand, the progressive movement proposed the idea that of improving society by implementing reforms in education, safety and health that would lead to people's overall well-being, as this was seen as the ultimate goal of progressivism.

The difference between the two movements resides in the fact that the Social Gospel Movement encouraged good acts in the name of Christ, while Progressivism encouraged good efforts for the good of mankind, regardless of any belief.
