Whether a person needs a sports drink during exercise depends on her a person needs a sports drink during exercise depends on A.
Ahat [919]
Well it does not matter what time of the day it is, so it is not A. I think that that B is a possible answer but I think that it depends on the person. I think C makes the most sense so far so lets read the last one to make sure. I don't think it matters what exercise is being performed so it is not D. So after observing the question, The best answer would be C.

What was the purpose of morgan spurlock's in doing this experiment, Super Size Me?
Simora [160]
I believe it was to prove that eating Mc Donalds and junk food every day can be very bad for your body. Eating the junk that he ate gave him major heath issues. High blood pressure, he gained a lot of weight, and he was feeling sick all the time. Those were just a few of the horrible things that he experienced. In the beginning of the movie Mr. spurlock expressed specifically why he did the experiment. Later on in the film Spurlock was asked on several occasions why he was putting himself at risk and he answered them by stating that he wanted to prove that fried fatty foods from mcDonalds was bad and can harm you when you eat too it too much.

What is the best plan for creating safe exercise goals
xxMikexx [17]
To ensure that your goals for exercising are achievable and safe, first go see a doctor to make sure that handle physical exercise. Next step is to define what you want to achieve by exercising and by doing so, you would know type of exercises you need. If you are a beginner, train under a certified instructor to ensure you are doing it right. Exercise at a level that you can do. Do not over train for it will do your body more harm than good. Make sure you eat properly and get enough sleep so that your body can recuperate from such strenuous activity.
