Haley Williams sat in Dr. Karr’s office, once again, having to explain why she could not get along with her teacher. "I don’t kn

ow why she picks on me in front of the class. All I know is that when she starts to yell at me, I lose my temper. I’m not even sure what I am supposed to do! It seems like everything I do is wrong according to Miss Kemp. I know we have talked about getting along and how that would be better for everyone, but Dr. Karr, I just don’t like her and she does not like me. Can’t I be switched to another class?

The correct answer to this open question is the following.

Your question is incomplete. You forgot to include the question and also the options.

However, doing some research, we can answer the following.

The correct question should be <em>"Miss Kempt's strategies that actually contribute to Haley's behavior include all of the following except:"</em>

If that is the case, then the correct answer is "understanding that the interaction between Miss Kempt and Haley can impact the learning process."

The other possible question would be<em> "Is Miss Kempt doing anything that actually contributes to Haley's poor behavior?"</em>

If that is the case, the correct answer would be the following.

If the teacher is really yelling at Haley, that clearly is a mistake. However, Dr. Karr has to listen to the teacher's arguments first, before making any decision. There would be a real motive for the way Miss Kempt treat Haley. We do not know if Haley is telling the truth or if he is interpreting the situation to his own convenience. So Dr. Karr has to collect enough evidence before taking any action.

C. that's the process of introduction

it doesn't mention any debate or set rules regarding it, the bill isn't passed until it goes to a vote, and a filibuster is a really long speech to delay progress so the rest of the choices are ruled out

natita [175]

Answer:

FDR was the first, and last, president to win more than two consecutive presidential elections and his exclusive four terms were in part a consequence of timing. His election for a third term took place as the United States remained in the throes of the Great Depression and World War II had just begun. While multiple presidents had sought third terms before, the instability of the times allowed FDR to make a strong case for stability.

Eventually U.S. lawmakers pushed back, arguing that term limits were necessary to keep abuse of power in check. Two years after FDR’s death, Congress passed the 22nd Amendment, limiting presidents to two terms. Then amendment was then ratified in 1951.

At the time of FDR’s third presidential run, however, “There was nothing but precedent standing in his way,” says Perry. “But, still, precedent, especially as it relates to the presidency, can be pretty powerful.”es and you have foreign policy with the outbreak of World War II in 1939,” says Barbara Perry, professor and director of presidential studies at the University of Virginia’s Miller Center. “And then you have his own political viability—he had won the 1936 election with more than two-thirds of the popular vote.
