Compare fad diet with good nutrion
BlackZzzverrR [31]
A fad diet is an unhealthy and an unbalanced food intake in order to lose weight quickly without the tedious process of exercising. Apparently, a person on a fad diet is not shedding out fat, instead, he or she is losing water weight which is dangerous. In comparison, good nutrition is the opposite of fad diet. With good nutrition, a person is not aiming to lose weight, rather, he or she wants to maintain the right weight which is within the normal BMI level. Furthermore, with good nutrition, he or she promotes good health by not harboring lifestyle-related diseases such as diabetes mellitus, stroke, and heart diseases.

How do passive communicators often react in a complex or stressful situation?
Andrew [12]
Passive communicators do not openly acknowledge stressful situations. They tend to avoid dealing with these stressors to protect their own rights and dignity. They do not know how to react and respond to stress and as a response they get easily angered or hurt from the situation.

Reptile [31]

Answer:

1) Macrophages

3) Blood platelets

4) Neutrophils.

Explanation:

Macrophages, platelets, and neutrophils has pseudopods.

Macrophages are phagocytic cells that helps detect, engulf and destroy pathogens and/or apoptotic cells. They have pseudopods that encircle the unwanted cells in the body and perform apoptosis.

Platelets are the transparent cells without cells that principally help in clotting of blood. They develop pseudopods to adhere themselves at injured (bleeding) surface and thus perform their action.

Neutrophils are white blood cells and help in healing of damaged tissues after infection or injury. They extrude pseudopods to adhere the site of injury or infection.
