Answer:

perform after a warm shower or bath

perform by gently rolling the testicle between the thumb and fingers

feel for any lumps or bumps along the front or sides

look for irregularities on the surface of the texture of the testicle

Explanation:

Let's learn about testicular self-exam by describe what a testicle is at first.

Testicle- This can be found in the men's reproductive system. It is defined as any of the two organs that is enclosed in a scrotum and that produces sperm.

Testicular Self-Exam- This is an examination of the testicle that can be started as early as 15 years old. It should be done on a regular basis, particularly once a month, in order to detect early testicular cancer.

The self- exam should be done after a warm shower or bath because it relaxes the scrotum, thus it is easier to examine.

Gently rolling the testicle between the thumb and fingers will allow you to explore any presence of lumps. This allows an easier examination of the whole testicle.

Feel for any lumps or bumps along the front or sides. This will allow you to check for the size, shape and consistency of your testicle.

Look for irregularities on the surface of the texture of the testicle. Irregularities associated with pain (sometimes its painless) may signal testicular cancer.
