Answer: With regards to this suit, Indiana has "<em>rem jurisdiction</em>."

Explanation:

Rem jurisdiction is when the courts of that city/state has control/authority over the property in question. When it is lawsuit against a property and not person, this is when it goes into <em>rem</em>. The court will be able to decide who is the legal owner of the property, without having the parties be citizens of the state. This can also be used to get a title, partitioning real estate, foreclosure, and enforcing liens on property.

<em>Rem</em> can also be used when there is a marriage involved and someone is getting a divorce.

  • A technique named pencil push-up where the pencil is held in front of the children's nose and moved towards the face until it is too close to the nose that it is seen as two pencils which stimulated both hemispheres of the brain.
  • Trying to name as many words as they can in 60 seconds with the condition that the words starting with the same letter. This exercise would also help with their creativity and make the connection between the hemispheres stronger.

anyanavicka [17]

Answer:

This question is from "The Passionate Shepherd to His Love".

Explanation:

Here, the nymph finds some important flaws in the shepherd’s idyllic vision. First is that the shepherd has promised hr lovely gifts things like belt with coral and amber in it. The shepherd can not afford such things, Secondly, the good tidings and happiness that the shepherd promises for all times cannot be provided by the shepherd at all times except for summer and spring. Here, it is important that one of the nymph's conditions for being the shepherd's lover is that he will not lie to him. And by making all these false promises she knows that the shepherd is lying. Other conditions of the nymph to live with shepherd are eternal youth and summertime.
