There are a number of things you can try.
1. Why can't you talk to your teacher? That's always possible or it should be.
2. You can find someone else whom you know that can do math. Attach yourself to them until you can do your math alone.
3. Come here. Answer questions that you can do. Build up your points so that you can ask questions. Ask them. When you find someone on here that consistently knows what they are doing, make contact with them.
4. Offer just slightly more than 5 + 3 points. like maybe 7 and 4
5. Don't cheat. Put up questions that you need explanations for that are homework questions. The mods here are pretty strict, and they are quick to jump on to things that they can prove are cheating.

<u>Algebra I</u>
Step-by-step explanation:
<u>Step 1: Define</u>
f(x) = 2x + 1
g(x) = 3x - 2
<u>Step 2: Find g(1)</u>
- Substitute in <em>x</em>: g(1) = 3(1) - 2
- Multiply: g(1) = 3 - 2
- Subtract: g(1) = 1
<u>Step 3: Find f[g(1)]</u>
- Substitute in g(1): f[g(1)] = 2(1) + 1
- Multiply: f[g(1)] = 2 + 1
- Add: f[g(1)] = 3
If a square contains 171 tiles you will need multiply 21 by 171 (171x21) which should give you the amount for the entire roof.
Hope this helps! :)
<h3>
Answer: 384 square units</h3>
=============================================================
Explanation:
Let A = (4,8) and B = (12,16)
Form point C at the location (12,8). Note how points A and C are on the same horizontal level, or they have the same y coordinate.
The distance from A(4,8) to C(12,8) is 12-4 = 8 units. Ignore the y coordinates and subtract the x coordinates. This trick only works for horizontal line segments.
So we can see that each square face has a side length of 8 units. The area of each square face is 8^2 = 8*8 = 64 square units.
There are six of these faces, so 6*64 = 384 square units is the total surface area of the number cube.
