Answer:

Now that the colonies are united as a whole, finding a fair and just way of government is very crucial and important. A king/monarchy was not an effective or fair way of leadership for the colonies previously, so a monarchy should not be instated. Each state having its own laws, leaders, and separated economy is a possibility, however it would not be the most effective choice. Each state having drastically different ways of living would increase tensions and create divisions among the people. The option that would be most correct would be having representative from every state come together as a committee, and that committee would be in charge of creating laws and enforcing the laws. This would be the most reasonable option because it would ensure that every state had representation and the decisions would be made in the best interests of every citizen, not only a select few.

Explanation:

okay since the pple don't want a king maybe they should come up with a constitution and make rules that suit and benefit every citizen in one way or another and maybe appoint one person to be in charge of the constitution

How have native americans maintained the cuture traditions?
Shkiper50 [21]
Under the shamefully misguided idea of “Kill the Indian and Save the Man,” federal laws and policies prohibited tribes from practicing their religion and ceremonies, laws that were not fully repealed until the 1978 American Indian Religious Freedom Act, later amended to protect the Native American Church’s ceremonial use of peyote in 1994.  Tribes lacked control of their own ceremonial items and even their human remains until the 1990 Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act required federal agencies and institutions that receive federal funding to return Native American "cultural items" to their descendants and tribes.

The trauma and persecution endured by elder Native generations led to a breakdown of the Native family and tribal structure and a weakening of spiritual ties.  Many Natives who attended boarding schools lost their sense of self through enforced shaming of their cultural identity.  As a result, their children were raised with little awareness of their Native heritage and became disconnected from their tribal ways of knowing.

Today, many tribes in the United States are reviving their traditions and cultures.  Central to this cultural renaissance is the importance of language and ceremony.  A number of tribes have created language learning programs to preserve and pass on their tribal dialects to future generations.  Ceremonies returned into practice, local radio stations began broadcasting in Native languages, pow-wows became an inter-tribal gathering space, and a new native generation is taught to live with dignity, character and pride.  Running Strong supports several Native communities that are part of this movement, which brings strength and healing, and hope to today’s American Indian youth.

What would happen if we lost the Bill of Rights? can someone help me
masha68 [24]

Answer:

Hello Adam Here!!!

Explanation:

1. We would not have freedom of speech. In some nations, even in Europe people have been jailed for saying or even tweeting things that the government or authorities deemed distasteful in some manner.

2. Gun rights would be non-existent. Some would cheer this. The problem however is this means most if not all firearms would be in the hands of the government.

3. Say you own a home. Well, in times of crisis and conflict the government could put military personnel in your house if not for Amendment III.

4. Speaking of homes. What if the authorities could just come in and start searching around in your home and belongings just because they felt like it? No warrant and no probable cause? Amendment IV protects us from that.

5. Double jeopardy and due process. A citizen cannot be tried twice for the same offense (with very few and outstanding exceptions). Even if accused of a crime, a citizen cannot just be thrown in prison based simply on an accusation.

6. A citizen would not have the right to a speedy trial by an impartial jury. Imagine spending 5 years behind bars only to finally be plonked in front of a judge who determines your guilt or innocence.

Hope This Helps! From Adam
