Answer: In a shared workbook, there is an option named Advanced where we can allow the options to be updated and tracked by the group of users.

Explanation: The shared workbook is very useful for the group of users because multiple users can work at the same time in the same workbook.

Here is an option where users can select the options which they want to use for the update and track the changes. In a shared workbook that option name is advanced.

In the review tab, we have to select the share workbook. While using a shared workbook we have to aware that it should be saved on a server location. Where users can find the content very easily. the advantage of the shared workbook is that multiple users can work at the same time.

While using the shared workbook, we need to check its options are enabled or not because, in advance version of excel, some options of the shared workbook are disabled hence we need to enable it.

The main advantage of the shared workbook is that when users are working at the same time they can see each other's updates and changes done by them. The shared workbook can contain the link of other web content and if we are using a new shared workbook we need to update that link and need to save it. In the shared workbook if we are using the newly installed version, we need to save the name of the workbook in the file option but if we are using the old version, we need not give it a name . We can directly save the workbook in the file option which is at the top of the shared workbook page. Hence we can use the shared workbook by using its different option.
