I am not sure about 21, but can help with the rest.  22 is D, because the sky is clear enough. 23 is C, perfect.  24 is B, since throughout most of the poem they are looking at, counting, and naming stars.  I would assume the answer to 21 is return home, but I am not 100% sure. Hope I helped!
