Answer:

The probability that the first die will have ""a natural number greater than 1 which can only be divisible by 1 and itself = 0.5

Step-by-step explanation:

A die has 6 faces with the following sample spaces 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6

Then, a natural number greater than 1 which can only be divisible by 1 and itself is the definition of a prime number.

The prime numbers in the sample space are 2, 3 and 5

So, probability of getting a prime number in the sample space, P(prime numbers) = n(prime numbers)/[n(sample space)] = 3/6 = 1/2 = 0.5

How do i write y = x -4 in a x and y chart/table?
IrinaK [193]
Okay well it kept saying that I for some reason was not using appropriate words so my long response got deleted.

tldr; we can treat this like a box that we put something into (x) and we get something back from it (y).

We can then take this data we get and put it in a table.  This is useful for finding patterns.

I will post a picture of what a table may look like.

Hope this Helps!
