The answer is B. The primary goal of the Women's Christian Temperance Union was the prohibition of alcohol.

The Women's Christian Temperance Union was founded in 1874 in Ohio, it was organized by women who believed that alcohol was causing most of the problems in the families and in society, therefore the main objective was to achieve prohibition of alcohol in the United States.

Allthough WCTU's platform expanded over time, campaigning for labor laws and women's right to vote, prohibition remained their number one interest.
