Revolution and nation building in America emerged from historical European roots–not new ideas but old ones led the colonists to revolt and form a new nation.
I believe that judges should not be elected. If we were elected, it could prove to be more difficult to remain completely unbiased. If we were elected by the people, their arguments and opinions could influence decisions. Therefore, by being appointed by the president, judges can remain unbiased and completely fair, which will produce the best outcomes in the court of law.
