When was the airplane invented
Feliz [49]
The people who invented, built, and flew the very first airplane were the Wright Brother on December 17,1903 who lived in Dayton, Ohio. The Wright Brothers flew it for 12 seconds for the first time. The Wright Brothers are recognized for making the very first airplane. Sadly, they already passed away in May 30th of the year 1912. =( If it weren't for them, we would be still driving in cars and automobiles all around the world taking days to get to the location.

I hope this helped! I put this in my own words.

disa [49]
There were numerous. For starters, they developed their fleets because it was believed that without a strong naval presence you cannot control trade routes or become even stronger. They were also inspired by the Manifest Destiny ideas that they should spread democracy worldwide and take down totalitarian regimes. They also believed that trading requires a drastic approach to foreign policy to ensure that your products are sold everywhere. There was also the idea of nationalism which started developing due to the widespread yellow press.<span />
