All choices correctly describes physical barriers. Physical barriers after composed of tight junctions wherein it is difficult for the bacteria and viruses to penetrate. Examples of these physical barriers are the skin and the mucous membranes and these work in conjunction with secretions like tears and mucus (as tears and mucus contain IgA, a special type of immunoglobulin that is secreted to fight harmful organisms).

charle [14.2K]
C. 38 ATP
In the presence of oxygen, one glucose molecule has the energy to make up to 38 ATP. The ATP production is determined by the following steps, (-2 ATP) glycolysis preparatory phase, (7-9 ATP) glycolysis pay-off phase, (5 ATP) oxidative decarboxylation of pyruvate and (20 ATP) Krebs cycle. One glucose which has 38 ATP hence was the summation of all the process mentioned that took place. All these process take place under the cellular function of cellular respiration.

Explain why conservation is the most important strategy in the soil management programs of agriculture
const2013 [10]

Conservation is the most important strategy in the soil management programs of agriculture

In the soil management various practices are followed which will help to conserve the soil and so as to increase the fertility of the soil. Being the most important step conservation is very mandatory, as the building up of new soil will take a lot of time. It also protects the soil from the bad weather and protects the erosion. In conservation process it helps in the nutrient preservation, which can give good yield when practised cultivation. More crops can be easily grown , which will fetch more money. The conserving soil can also help in biochar fertilizer.

This biome contains a nutrient-rich environment created by falling leaves and trapped organic materials from the large trees
BlackZzzverrR [31]

Answer:

Freshwater wetland biome

Explanation:

Wetlands are defined as those areas where the land area is mostly covered by water seasonally or annually. The areas remain wet. Freshwater wetlands are a type of biome that is not connected to the ocean. They are found mainly along the boundaries of rivers, streams, and lakes. The water in the freshwater wetland is generally evaporated during the summer season.

This biome is highly rich in nutrients that provide a favorable site for the existence of numerous plants and animal species. The leaves that are detached from the trees are deposited within the soils and also captures and accumulates the organic materials that are eliminated from the large trees within this region.
