Massage is the scientific manipulation of the soft tissues of body ,consisting primarily of manual techniques such as applying fixed or movable pressure ,holding and moving muscles and body tissues.

Generally it is delivered to improve the flow of blood and lymph ,to reduce the muscular tension ,to affect nervous system through stimulation or sedation and to enhance tissue healing .

What is qi gong ?

The literal meaning of qi gong is energy work .it is an asian form of yoga that has been around for thousands of years . much of it is performed while standing ,though there are a number of seated set as well. there are hundreds of system of qi gong that have come from various lineages and many of them focus on different fields.
