Answer:

Cell division- "The replication (mainly by the process of mitosis)of a single by division of the genetic materials, along with the resources present inside the cytoplasm of that cell in order to sustain the life of newly formed cells is called as the cell division inside living beings."

Chromosomes Number- Each cell contains a set of genetic materials in the form of DNA(in the diploid form). As there are different number or a set of chromosomes. And each specie and cells are different in features from the all other cells.

Mitosis-It is the division of the diploid number of chromosomes into two identical haploid cells, the haploid cells contain full number of chromosomes.

Explanation:

 • Number of Chromosomes in Potato:

There are 48 number of chromosomes inside a diploid potato cell. Which then goes through the process of mitosis and it then divides the whole parent cell into two identical haploid cells. As each of the haploid cells contain the full number of chromosomes present inside the two newly cells formed by the process of mitosis.

So, now by doing the simple math we can have the answer, as dividing the diploid number of chromosomes by '2', we can get the haploid number of chromosomes present in the newly formed cells.

 • Diploid number of chromosomes=48,
 • Number of haploid cell produced =2,
 • So dividing the total number of diploid chromosomes on the number of haploid cells formed we can get the answer= 48/2,
 • Each haploid cell will have, the following number of chromosomes=24.

Potato cells contain 48 chromossomes in their DNA which means that when a cell divides, each daughter cell will have 24 chromossomes since:

48 / 2 = 24

Hope it helped,

How does gravitational electrical and magnetic forces act on a maglev train
vampirchik [111]
The gravitational force is being felt as the Earth pulls the train downwards using the two forces. The coils that provide the forces releases an electrical current which makes an electromagnetic field. It repels the materials with an equal force that goes up as well.

Poisons and salts are removed from the blood by the _____.
PtichkaEL [24]

Answer:

Kidneys

Explanation:

The kidneys remove wastes and excess water in the body through the urine, as urine flows from the kidneys to the bladder through two thin tubes located on both sides of the bladder called the ureter, and the bladder stores urine, and each of the kidneys consists of about one million filtering units called the renal tubular unit contains Each renal tubular unit has a filter called the glomerulus and tubule, and the renal tubular unit operates through a two-step process:

glomerulus: filters blood.

Tubule: Returns the necessary substances to the blood and removes waste.
