The Constitution of the US was written to endure and it has endured for more than two centuries, but at the same time, it has changed deeply in both formal and informal ways. The formal ways the Constitution was changed was by a constitutional amendment. The informal way of changing the Constitution was by interpreting it according to the new culture and social changes.
