Answer with explanation:

Since a kite is A Quadrilateral.Sum of measure of four angles of Quadrilateral is 360°.

In Quadrilateral V W Y X

⇒∠V+∠W+∠Y+∠X=360°

⇒90°+(18 x-2)°+90°+(12 x+2)°=360°

⇒18 x-2 +12 x+2=360° -180°

⇒ 30 x=180°

Dividing both sides by 30, we get

→ x=6°

∠V X Y=12×6°+2

     =72°+2°

     =74°

Option B

PLEASE HELP! WILL GIVE BRAINLIEST
kiruha [24]

Answer:

73

Step-by-step explanation:

Angle JID is supplementary to Angle JIH so:

180- Angle JIH= Angle JID

180-107=73

Angle JID is opposite to Angle AJF(angle x)

Opposite angles are always equal

Angle JID=Angle AJF(x)

73=Angle AJF(x)

Question 12 Multiple Choice Worth 1 points)(07.05 MC)1086Which of the following functions best represents the graph?fix)=(x-2)(x
vlada-n [284]

The graph of a function is given. It is required to find the function that represents the graph.

Notice from the graph that the function has roots or zeros at -3,-2, and 2.

Hence, the function takes the form:

\begin{gathered} f(x)=a(x-(-3))(x-(-2))(x-2) \\ \Rightarrow f(x)=a(x+3)(x+2)(x-2) \end{gathered}

Where a is a constant to be determined.

Notice that the given graph passes through the point (0,-12).

Substitute x=0 and f(x)=-12 into the equation of the function to find a:

\begin{gathered} -12=a(0+3)(0+2)(0-2) \\ \Rightarrow-12=a(3)(2)(-2) \\ \Rightarrow-12=-12a \\ \text{ Swap the sides of the equation:} \\ \Rightarrow-12a=-12 \\ \text{ Divide both sides by }-12: \\ \Rightarrow\frac{-12a}{-12}=\frac{-12}{-12} \\ \Rightarrow a=1 \end{gathered}

Hence, the function is:

\begin{gathered} f(x)=1(x+3)(x+2)(x-2) \\ \Rightarrow f(x)=(x+2)(x+3)(x-2) \end{gathered}<h2>The third option is the answer: f(x)=(x+2)(x+3)(x-2).</h2>

What information do you need to know to calculate last year’s winning speed? Remember, the distance traveled (length of the cour
Andrews [41]

Answer:

1. Total distance

2. Shortest time taken

Step-by-step explanation:

Since it is a competition the distance will be the same for all participants.

therefore the information need is

1.  The total distance of the competition

2. The time taken by each participant to complete the race

The winning speed is the speed is given as the distance covered in the shortest possible time.

hence the winning speed is expressed as

winning speed= distance/short time taken

A coffee shop plans to blend a coffee that sells for $12 per pound with coffee that sells for $9 per pound to produce a blend th
zvonat [6]

Answer:

20/3 pounds of coffee that costs $12 per pound  and 40/3 pounds  of coffee that costs $9 per pound are required

Step-by-step explanation:

Let x be the amount of coffee that costs $12 per pound

Cost of x amount of this type coffee = 12x

We are supposed to find How much of each should be used to produce 20 pounds of the new blend that costs $10 per pound

So, Amount of coffee required that costs $9 per pound = 20-x

Cost of (20-x) amount of this type of coffee = 9(20-x)

So, 12x+9(20-x)=10(20)\\12x+180-9x=200\\3x=20\\x=\frac{20}{3}

Amount of coffee that costs $12 per pound required is\frac{20}{3} pounds

Amount of coffee that costs $9 per pound required = 20-x=20-\frac{20}{3}=\frac{40}{3} pounds

Hence 20/3 pounds of coffee that costs $12 per pound  and 40/3 pounds  of coffee that costs $9 per pound are required
