Jason likely missed placed the decimal, because 3 x 1 = 3, and if the decimal was between 2 and 5, the number would be near 3.

Write the polynomials in standard form:<br><br> (15–7xy^2)–(y^3–y^2x–15)
stepan [7]
<h3>Answer:</h3>

-y³ -6y²x +30

<h3>Step-by-step explanation:</h3>

When parentheses are eliminated and the y variable placed first in each term, the expression simplifies to ...

... 15 -7y²x -y³ +y²x +15

Arranging like terms together, we have ...

... -y³ +y²x(-7 +1) +(15 +15)

... -y³ -6y²x +30

_____

The two different 3rd-degree terms can be expressed in either order. I have chosen to list the term with the largest exponent first. The expression could also be written with the same-degree terms in "lexicographical order", meaning the expression would be written ...

... -6xy² -y³ +30

Question : A square game board is divided into smaller squares, each with sides one-ninth the length of the sides of the board.
bagirrra123 [75]

Answer:

Therefore the game board is divided into 81 smaller squares.

Step-by-step explanation:

Given that, there is a square game.

Consider x be length of one side the square.

The volume of the square is = side ×side

                                               =x² square units

Since the length of side of smaller square is one-ninth of the game board.

Then one side length of the smaller square is \frac19x units.

The area of a smaller square is =(\frac19x)\times (\frac19x)

                                                    =\frac{1}{81}x^2

Let a number of square is formed from the game board.

a ×The area of one smaller square= The area of game board.

According to the problem,

a\times (\frac{1}{81}x^2)=x^2

\Rightarrow a =\frac{x^2\times 81}{x^2}

\Rightarrow a= 81

Therefore the game board is divided into 81 smaller squares.

A man selling computer parts realizes that when he sells 16 computer parts, his earning is $1700. When he sells 56 computer part
natta225 [31]

We need to find the unit rate. To do so, divide the amount of money he makes by the number of parts sold. 1,700 / 16 = 106.25. So, if the man sells one computer part, he gets $106.25. To find the price of 30 parts, multiply 106.25 by 30. 106.25 * 30 = $3,187.50

The man will make $3,187.50 if he sells 30 parts.
