At most 4 times
hmm
where it touches is when y=0
so just have lots of zeroes
y=(x-r1) is a zero
so 4 zeroes is
y=(x-r1)(x-r2)(x-r3)(x-r4)
if we expand it it is degree 4

minimum degree is 4th

Pls answer 18 20 and 22 show your work
Svetlanka [38]

Answer:

18- 300

20- 1,500

22- 300

Step-by-step explanation:

You can easily find the answer like this:

18. Multiply 60 and 100 together. The hundred is from 100%. After that, divide it by 20 because of the percent. After doing this, you should get 300.

20. 360*100=36,000 36,000/24= 1,500

22. 9*100=900 900/3=300

I hope this is what you were looking for. If you need more out of this, ask me to answer it again. :)

Tomas factored the polynomial completely. What is true about his final product? 3x4−18x3+9x2−54x Ax(x2+B)(x+C)
iren2701 [21]

Answer:

A and B are both 3.

Step-by-step explanation:

The given polynomial is 3x^4-18x^3+9x^2-54x.

We factor the GCF to obtain:

3x(x^3-6x^2+3x-18)

We factor further by grouping to get:

3x[x^2(x-6)+3(x-6)]

3x(x^2+3)(x-6)

We compare this to the given factored expression:

3x(x^2+3)(x-6)=Ax(x^2+B)(x+C)

We must have A=3,B=3, C=-6
