Do not send water to the laboratory

Do not switch on computer when you are not asked to do it (I.C.T laboratory) or do not start practical when you are not asked to do so( Science laboratory)

Do not send food to the laboratory

Do not make noise in the laboratory

Do not quarrel or fight in the laboratory.

Don’t eat or drink, don’t smell or taste anything from the laboratory , handle all equipment with absolute care, always wear protective clothes when participating in an experiment,don’t touch anything until your teacher tells you to.

A dependent clause is a group of words with a subject and a verb, but doesn't make much sense on its own. A lot of times, especially in a sentence with a comma, you can split the sentence and see if it makes any sense.
