The correct answer is - b. Russia.

According to the presented map, the colder climate types, sub-arctic and tundra climates, can be found on the territory of the largest country in the world, Russia. This types of climates are considered as cold climates, and they fully justify that. The tundra, is a climate where most of the year is winter, a very cold, dry, harsh winter, and relatively cold and short summer. The sub-arctic, or taiga, climate has a winter that lasts for pretty much 3/4 of the year, and summer that is fresh, wet, and humid.

Even though the tundra has longer winter, and is located further north than the sub-arctic climate, it is actually the sub-arctic climate that has the bigger extremes in the temperatures bellow zero. Some places in Siberia are so cold, that they are shoulder to shoulder with the most extreme temperatures on the Antarctic.

Was the u.s justified in using atomic bombs to end the world war 2?
OleMash [197]
The dropping of the atomic bomb on Hiroshima was justified at the time as being moral – in order to bring about a more rapid victory and prevent the deaths of more Americans. However, it was clearly not moral to use this weapon knowing that it would kill civilians and destroy the urban milieu. And it wasn’t necessary either.

what germanic kingdom provided a unified government after the fall of rome, spread christianity, and stopped the expansion of isla
Zanzabum

ANSWER:

Germanic king Odoacer defeated Romulus Augustus, the last Roman emperor and conquered the western part of the Roman empire.

EXPLANATION:

 • After the fall of Rome in 476 CE, it was divided into two parts: the Western part and the Eastern part.
 • The Western part was taken over by the Germanic kingdom as Odoacer their ruler and the Eastern part was held together by the Byzantine kingdom.
 • Constantinople was chosen as the "new capital of the Byzantine kingdom". Christianity flourished after the "fall of Rome" though it was not a widespread religion before the fall.
 • The expansion of Christianity was a consequence of legalization of Christianity in the Byzantine empire and this led to the decrease in number or people practicing Islam.
 • Hence, Christianity became a religion of the majority rather than earlier being a religion of a small minority.
