Landfill is one of the method used  for the decomposition of the waste.

What we do in land fill is we dig a trench and then dispose waste in layers of waste then soil and then waste in the trench.

But now a days government is facing problem to dispose the waste in landfill because of the lot of construction going on which leads to decrease the area to  create landfill and the existing landfills are also removed.

as land filling  was a very simple process no skilled labor was required and the cost of disposal of waste was also less and it also create less pollution but now the  problem of disposal is faced by the government.
