Psycho-neuro-immunology is a new branch of psychology in which the study of the interaction between the central nervous system and the immune system of the body has been taken. The researcher was aware of the interaction of the immune and CNS system but they do not know how it took place. Our CNS is made up of our brain and spinal cord and our immune system are made up of organs and cells that protect the body from infections. Both systems produce the chemical in the form of neurotransmitter that interacts with each other. In CNS these chemicals are in the form of neurotransmitters and in the immune system, they work as protein cytokine and many more other proteins with CNS.
