I believe the answer should be the 2nd 3rd and possibly the last answer choice

the english bill of rights influenced the american bill by creating the same style of limits into government it gave certain "unalienable" meaning they could not be taken away.
it could be the last answer as well only cos of the fact that the colonists were not represented fairly in parliament
