Islam is a way of life as well as a set of beliefs. One way this is shown, is that Islam is a st of belief because they believe in heaven and hell and the only religion that gives you precise rules to follow at home, outside, with friends, with family, all the way to strangers.
A preventable collision can be defined as one in which you failed to do everything reasonable to avoid such a collision. This means that the victim could have prevented the occurrence of such an accident but he/she chose not to prevent it from happening.
