Sladkaya [172]

Answer and Explanation

State: reserved

A state is is a federal government model which consists of three branches which are executive, legislative and the judiciary. The state government uses reserved powers where the constitution reserves the exclusively to the jurisdiction of a particular political authority.  In the United States, the U.S.  the federal government Constitution gives certain powers to the federal government, other powers to the state governments, and yet other powers to both.

Federal: expressed, implied

A federal government is a system that divides up power between a strong national government and smaller local governments. This system of  government  uses expressed and implied types of powers. The Expressed power is where the powers to the federal government are directly granted  are found in the constitution. While Implied powers  are those powers that can be reasonable assumed through the expressed powers

Federal and state: concurrent

Federal and state  is a system of  government also called federalism. This system uses the concurrent type of power where powers are shared by both state and the federal government.
