So we are switching the numerator and denominator of our fraction.

For example:

1/4 / 1/2 = x

1/4 • 2/1 = x = 2/4

Both of these equations are the same. They're equivalent.

Now applying this to the problem:

1/2 / 2/3

IS EQUIVALENT TO...

1/2 • 3/2

In this case your answer would be C!
