The name of the dictator is Kim Jong-Un. Kim Jong-Un is the dictator of North Korea. North Korea and South Korea have been bitter rivals since the Korean War. Technically, the Korean War (aka the fight between these two countries) never ended. Rather, a stalemate was established that stopped the fighting.
