Are the chloroplasts uniformly distributes or near the edge of the cell in tap water?

If Chloroplasts were in the middle of a plant cell less light would get to them. The closer chloroplasts are to the edge of the cell the more light they collect.

The population of the drier island would continue to decrease until only the large beaked finches were the only ones left. The island with plentiful rainfall would have a growing population and most of them would have smaller to medium sized beaks.

if we wipe out an animals natural habitat, or introduce new wildlife the animals could die. This could cause a major problem in the areas ecosystem. That is what i know, and i think that major problems would happen, like to many of one species, which takes all the food from the other species, causing major problems, and even more animals to die.
