Article VII of the Constitution required that nine of the twelve states had to ratify the document before it could become law and start the new US government. So on September 17, 1787, delegates from the different sates assisted to the Philadelphia Convention to vote and approve the Constitution. The majority approved the document. The next step was to send it to the states to be approved too.

Plenty of schools banned peanuts from schools because of children allergies. So you watch what they eat and find things the child likes to take its placeif you can :) Hope this was helpful
