In the above case , Alejandro is psychologically and emotionally not very bold. He is shy and doesn't have the courage to come out and reveal his emotions. So he is having identity conflict with himself on how to overcome his shyness and ask jenny out.

He can overcome this conflict by getting encouragement from his friends and talking to someone about his feelings for Jenny, Doing something that boosts his ego.
