Which best describes the living conditions of most immigrants during the Industrial Revolution?

Answer:

The living conditions were unfair. People owning big industries saw an opportunity to work these immigrants day and night, though they only paid them less then what they deserve (but they didn't know that because they are new to America). Immigrants often didn't have enough money to provide for their families, so many of them were split apart and some children had to work. Because most couldn't pay for housing, many immigrants from the same areas lived in groups so they could help support each other. It was a difficult time for many, and a lot of immigrant workers slept in the factories, for there was no else to go.

mihalych1998 [28]

Electromagnets can be switched on and off. This is good in a scrap yard because they need to pick heavy pieces of metal and then drop it.
