Even though you didn't add the text-- the answer to your question is yes. Yes, WW1 could have been avoidable. It all started with the assassination of Franz Ferdinand, the archduke of Austria-Hungary. If the assassins didn't kill Ferdinand then World War 1 would have never existed.

Secular vocal music contains a lot of quick changes in mood than what they consider as holy music. The council also considered this type of music as an impurity to the Catholic Church, and so purification of the Church was the justification for those actions.</span>
