Yes. The colonists were being taxed without any say in the English government. Also, Parliament basically shut down Boston Harbor, allowed soldiers to stay in colonists' homes without permission, and pay taxes on items colonists couldn't make. Those are just a few of the unfair Acts Parliament created to pay off their war debt (French and Indian War) and spite the colonists.

It was caused by a mix of different scenarios. Rome was constantly attacked by Barbarian tribes; they were over-expanded, which made it really hard for them to keep their entire empire under control; they had a lot of economic problems and relied too much on slave labor; and they spent way too much money on their military, just to name a few factors.

Not 100% sure but I think its the Barail Range. This would affect them by the mountain acting almost like a barrier between them. So they didn't have much interaction.

All of us know that the earth is rotating continuously in its orbit. But we dont realize the rotation due to gravitational force. The earth rotates in its own axis this causes day and night . While rotating on its axis, earth also rotates around elliptical axis around the sun which causes the different regions to experience different seasons. The side facing the sun experience summer and other side experience winter.
