Chris, Mary Beth, and Allison sat discussing the number of oranges are grown in Florida. Chris says that approximately 14.6% of
Bumek [7]
They are in agreement. All of the expressions provided are equivalent. Chris says that 14.6 percent of the world's oranges are grown in Florida. Then, Mary Beth says that 292 out of 2000 oranges are grown in Florida. If we compare the two, 292 is actually 14.6 percent of 2000. So they are saying the same thing. Allison says that 0.146 of the oranges are grown in Florida. 0.146 is actually 14.6 percent as a decimal, so if we change it back into a percent, she is saying that 14.6 percent of oranges are grown in Florida. Sound familiar? They are all in agreement.

12-
8.
2.
4
8
10
Slope
S_A_V [24]

Step-by-step explanation:

what is the problem ? find the slope of the line ?

the slope is the ratio y/x of the y difference and the x difference between 2 points.

I see 2 points with seemingly integer coordinates.

one point is at (2, 6) as you marked it also on the sheet.

the other point is (6, 12).

so, when you go from point 1 to point 2, x changes by 4 units (from 2 to 6) and y changes by 6 units (from 6 to 12).

therefore, the slope is 6/4 = 3/2

1. The formula for are of a circle is A=πr². So sub in what you know: 144=πr². Since the pi is in the question just take that out and find the square root of 144: √144=12. Diameter is twice the radius: 12•2=24 so the diameter is 24 feet :)
2. A would be to specific and just his class, b would be just in her class, d is just honors students, but C would be random cause you never know who's going to enter the caf, so I would say C :)
