Someone who does not have an aptitude or ability in a career area is at a disadvantage if they select a career in that field (TRUE). Without an aptitude or skills in a particular career area it will be difficult to succeed in that field.
It is true that someone who does not have an aptitude or ability in a career area is at a disadvantage if they select a career in that area. However, being at a disadvantage does not always mean that it is impossible to succeed. In some careers, aptitude is everything, such as athletics. However, in most fields, natural ability can be compensated by hard work, good mentoring and discipline.
