I just need ab easy way to do notes fast and not have a panic attack.

Answer:

If you can take notes on a computer, I will do that because it is easier to type. If you can't take notes on a computer, then I would write a one to two line summary of each topic and buy an AP book (such as Cliffnotes or 5 steps to a 5) for that course.
