Use the FOIL method.

(2x + 3)(4x² + 10x  + 6)

2x(4x²) = 8x³
2x(10x) = 20x²
2x(6) = 12x
3(4x²) = 12x²
3(10x) = 30x
3(6) = 18

8x³ + 20x² + 12x² + 30x + 12x + 18

Simplify, combine like terms.
