In this phenomenon many times a person leaves his own belief and adopt group thinking which could be a wrong decision. The person who is not satisfied with the group answer may be quiet just to maintain peace in the group.

<u>There are many steps through which a person can minimize the biases in the group.</u><u> </u>

  • The first leader gives equal opportunity to all members in the group to express their viewpoints.
