A strong team means to me is that you have to have good sportsmanship. You have to feel confident about the players in your team and you need to be able to communicate and if they make a mistake don’t yell at them and blame them if you lost a game simply say hey you did good but you still need a little more practice. Always work together and don’t leave anyone out and use their talents so they can do their best and benefit the whole team. That makes a strong team.
