For one-to-one functions, the inverse of an exponential function is a logarithmic function and the inverse of a logarithmic function is an exponential function.
For example:
f(x)=e^{x}
f^{-1} (x)=ln\ x

f(x)=ln\ x
f^{-1} x=e^{x}
