Answer:

Robert Morris points out that the incapacity of the federal government to levy taxes and tariffs makes confederation papers very low.

Explanation:

Robert Morris points out that the incapacity of the federal government to levy taxes and tariffs makes confederation papers very low.

Without this energy, there are a few issues that the federal government must face:

-- The federal government finds it incredibly difficult to plan the budget for its future activity

-- This makes it really easy for states to circumvent the federal government's power because the federal government does not have sufficient funds to finance the military to keep the states under tinder control.

Karo-lina-s [1.5K]

Answer:

It take 1.7 hours to cover distance between Saint Louis and Albuquerque and Distance from  Albuquerque to Phoenix is 1815 miles

Explanation:

Distance between Pittsburgh to Saint Louis = 550 miles

Time taken to cover Distance between Pittsburgh to Saint Louis = 1 hour

Speed of airplane = \frac{Distance}{Time}=550 miles/hr

The distance between Saint Louis and Albuquerque is 935 miles.

Time taken to cover distance between Saint Louis and Albuquerque = \frac{Distance}{Speed}=\frac{935}{550}=1.7 hours

Time taken to cover distance from  Albuquerque to Phoenix = 3 hours 18 minutes

Distance from  Albuquerque to Phoenix =Speed \times time = 550 \times (3+\frac{18}{60})=550 \times 3.3=1815 miles

What is the federalist papers supported the passage of the u.S. Constitution ?
DaniilM [7]

Answer:

Federalist Papers to help people to understand the US Constitution.

Explanation:

There are 85 essays in Federalist Papers which were printed in New York newspapers while New York State was deciding whether or not to support the U.S. Constitution. These are a series of eighty-five letters written to newspapers in 1787-1788 by Alexander Hamilton, James Madison, and John Jay, urging ratification of the Constitution Other newspapers outside New York also published the essays as other states were deciding to ratify the Constitution. In 1788, the papers were published together in a book called The Federalist.  As of today, the people still read the Federalist Papers to help them understand the Constitution.

Hamilton, who wrote about two-thirds of the essays has addressed the objections of opponents, who feared a tyrannical central government that would supersede states’ rights and encroach on individual liberties. All strong nationalists, the essayists argued that, most important, the proposed system would preserve the Union, now in danger of breaking apart, and empower the federal government to act firmly and coherently in the national interest. Conflicting economic and political interests would be reconciled through a representative Congress, whose legislation would be subject to presidential veto and judicial review.
