Answer: Mean

Step-by-step explanation:

The given data :  85, 78, 92, 98, 85.

We know that there are three main measures of central tendency : -

1) mode, 2)  median 3) mean

1) Mode of the given data = Most repeated number = 85

2) For median first arrange the given data in order :-

78, 85, 85, 92, 98

Now, Median = Middlemost number = 85

3) \text{Mean =}\dfrac{\text{Sum of all observations}}{\text{Number of observations}}\\\\\Rightarrow\ \text{Mean =}\dfrac{438}{5}=87.6

We can see that mean is giving the highest score (87.6) so she could show her teacher that she really understood her assignments.

Mean because the average of the scores is 87.6 which is higher than mode, 85 and the median, 85 as well.

Luda [366]

Answer:

169,460 ft²

Step-by-step explanation:

The formula for the area of a parallelogram is:

A = bh, where b = measure of the base and h = measure of the height

Given that each space is 10 ft x 18.5 ft, each space has an area:

A = (10)(18.5) = 185 ft²

Since there are 916 total parking spaces, we can take the area of one and multiply by the total amount:

185 x 916 = 169,460 ft²
