extrinsic motivation refers to the motivation of fame, money and success. That would be crossed out, leaving you with three other options.  B) career consolidation, this would be Bernice finding a job that benefits society and Bernice herself, this is a considerable option. Next is intrinsic motivation, which would be her motivation to satisfy herself with (in her case) buying expensive items. This could be used as well, however it is less optionable then career consolidation considering it is her self praise. The next (and last) option is status, most positive that is <u>not</u> right.
