Since Olga has not been able to read and write English words, that could be a key barrier to obtaining US citizenship. English is the main language for communication in the US and so one must have some level of proficiency in reading, speaking and writing for the individual to be considered for citizenship.
Above all these, one must also have be 18 at the time of application to be considered for citizenship by naturalisation. The said individual must also be a green card holder for a period of 5 years and most have good moral character, including other requirements stipulated by the government.
