we have been asked to sketch a plane containing points E, D and B.

where E and B are collinear with A. It mean all thses three points will fall on a straight line. Also D is a vertex  where CD and FD meets.

Here as you can see three points are in a staright line and we have another one in whuch two vectors CD and FD are meeting at the vertex D.
