The answer to that would be no because when you go to space you can only see green and blue but you won't be able to tell which is which.
Also you wouldn't be able to see it because it is a river and the blue part of the ocean usually shows the ocean and since it is a river, then it might be to small to see it apart form all the oceans on earth.
